It has been way too long since I got pictures of Isabella done. Don't get me wrong, I'm always taking pictures of her but I wanted to do something outside. I love seeing her explore and play. I honestly think, that children left in their own element, create beautiful memories. It makes it easier to capture the rawness of who they are. These were all candid shots of her enjoying her afternoon stroll to the park. We found a HUGE puddle and it was OH SO fun! I love my girl! Have I mentioned how much I love being a Mom? Loving it. I'm loving this sweet time that I can to be home with my kids.

Sweet Baby Adam {Tampa Newborn Photographer}

Thank you M Family for allowing me to come and spend the morning with you. Baby Adam is one of the few newborn models I was able to cuddle with. I'm so thankful to all the families that participated in helping me build my newborn portfolio. I never thought I'd enjoy newborn photography and I was REALLY surprised. It is A LOT of work. I look forward to capturing these special moments for more parents in the future.

P.S. Adam was maybe 2 weeks old here. He was a big boy! So CUTE!

Where I've Been {Embracing Motherhood}

Can I just say that I give mother's a lot of credit for wearing all kinds of hats! Being a momma is a lot of work. My kids are so similar and yet so different at the same time. They both have their own needs from potty training to finding a right bottle that can make a 4 month old happy! It's definitetly kept me busy.

I just wanted to put it out there - as of right now, I'm not shooting any weddings. My little boy is really a momma's boy! He is VERY dependant of me. Basically I'm his food source - HA! I'm proud of it! Being away for 10-12 hours is just not something I can do right now. Am I missing the weddings? ABSOLUTELY! But I know that as he gets older I'll be able to jump right back in and indulge in those romantic moments. For now, I don't want to miss out on those cuddles - And I'm enjoying the portrait sessions that allow me to have a creative outlet.

I am still available for portrait sessions that usually last up to 2 hours. I'm only available on the weekends at the time being as well until further notice. This is a special time for me - Being a stay at home mom is an absolute blessing! I can't get back these tender sweet moments. However, I do LOVE that I still get to capture big sis and lil' bro hanging out

Sweet Siblings {Child Photographer Largo, FL}

I've had the previlage of meeting this precious family last year and I'm so glad that I get to be spoiled rotten, shooting these adorable kids! Sweet Emily, has such the explorer personality. She's a little spark of joy! She always makes sure I am on my A-Game. Love you sweet girl!

Yes, isn't her brother handsome! He's a great BIG brother. I seriously loved how he directed her during the session. And you can see he's just as much as an explorer. He was determined to find butterflies and possibly catch some sort of bug. I'm glad you didn't Zachary - shhhhh...I'm scared of bugs. I love the shot of them both - Emily looks like she's up to no good and Zachary looks like he spotted his bug!

Meet Baby Caiden {Child Photographer Tampa, FL}

This is my baby boy - Caiden Eli. You can imagine how distracted I've been with this sweet boy! Honestly, I wasn't sure how two kids would change my life/schedule and I was a bit intimidated. The thought of going back to work, managing my home and being a good wife was all very intimidating. I'm glad to say that we are back into our little routine and life is great. I'm so blessed beyond belief. I'm glad to have such beautiful subjects.

As I was waiting to be completely healed from having the baby, I couldn't resist taking pictures of my sister and my brother in law at the Gardens. It was nice getting out of the house!

If you are wondering, I'm available to shoot now :) and I'm very thrilled about it. I'm shooting only on the weekends right now. A new baby demands a lot of attention but I'm LOVING every minute of it! I'll be posting some of baby Caiden to introduce him to you all!

A few weeks ago, I met Miss C! It's a small world because her future groom is someone my husband I knew from attending a church with him in Tampa. I'm super excited about being apart of their wedding!

Usually, an engagement session is complimentary in my wedding packages. Future bride & groom had already gotten engagement pictures earlier this year so Miss C decided why not take pictures with her best friends - her bridesmaids! What a great idea!

After spending two hours in Hyde Park Village with these ladies, it made me more excited about their wedding. It's going to be BEAUTIFUL! You just wait and see ;)

What an adorable pair. We had a great time. Baby girl was working the camera! She was so good. Brother was a little shy but after playing hide & seek, he was on a role. I didn't mind him chasing me pretending to be a little monster. Sometimes asking a two year old if he sees his other siblings inside the lens is okay. Apparently, he saw a cat at one point - HA! So cute!

I must admit, there is nothing like seeing a child's face light up. It's really such a special time. Thanks mom for letting me spend part of the morning with you guys. It was a lot of fun.

Amazing Little Gadget!

Really? It looks kind of odd but let me tell you, it's AMAZING! This little gadget has been a life saver for me. When I'm at the beach shooting, it comes in handy when the wind is a bit playful and sand gets on my lens. It has a brush to dust of any small particles and on the other side a cleaning tip to remove surface dust. Honestly, I just get excited over little things :-)

I seriously can't get enough of weddings! Each one is so unique. One of the things I enjoy when shooting a wedding is getting those details those brides have worked so hard on over the past year, 6 months, 3 months, and sometimes even 1 month! You know... the bows that your mother and sisters stayed up for 4 hours getting done the night before your wedding? It's a BIG deal even if you're just walking down the isle from a ceremony that may have lasted for 20 minutes or less. Believe me, I've seen some pretty short ceremonies!

It's really great seeing the creativity of my brides! Just know that those little details put a smile on my face as well. I love capturing them for you ladies!

New Beginnings...

I've been so busy lately that I haven't had a chance to update my blog! I've been shooting for about 3 years now and I truly LOVE my job. I love getting to meet all the sweet couples, the energetic teenagers, and the adorable babies.

I've been M.I.A. for the past few months preparing for my little one to arrive. Now that things are back to some what of a "normal" schedule, I'll be updating the blog with my latest work, the adventures of a freelance photographer, and even some fun tips as I learn along the way.
